Summer holidays on the coast are more than just fun; they’re a powerful tool for the physical and emotional rehabilitation of children who have faced difficult life circumstances. The sea air, warm sun, and active recreation help improve health, reduce stress, and restore inner balance.
Our summer camp in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, is designed to help children rediscover the joy of childhood, make new friends, and regain psychological balance. The program is intended for children who are especially in need of support:
Orphans and children from family-type orphanages;
Children from families in difficult life situations;
Internally displaced children who were forced to flee their homes due to war.

A seaside holiday has a positive effect on children’s physical health: ✅ Fresh sea air enriches the body with oxygen and strengthens the immune system. ✅ Sunbathing promotes the Vitamin D production, essential for bone growth. ✅ Swimming in the sea improves blood circulation and hardens the body. ✅ Physical activity on the beach develops coordination, strength, and endurance.

Children who have experienced loss, forced relocation, or social hardship often struggle with fear, anxiety, and insecurity.
